Hi Everyone,
My name is Dominick. I live just outside of Pittsburgh, Pennsylvania and am 23 years old. I am starting this online journal to track my process as I try to get back into shape. I just purchased a Bowflex Extreme Home Gym, so I will be offering reviews and tips as I use this piece of equipment. I'll also do my best to describe my diet on here.
My Main Goal is to try to get back into shape, without it totally controlling my everyday life. I am still a 23 year who likes to go out, and have a good time, so we'll see how I can balance it all. I have a job that's not the most active in the world ,software developer, so I've been feeling the need recently to do something to better myself.
This blog, wow never thought I would be writing one of these, is mainly to keep myself motivated, but if it can help some other people too, that's a good deal too!
Check back in a week or two and I'll hopefully have some pics up of my battle with the Bowflex assembly process.
